The XPS Crystal exposure unit delivery unmatched consistency. Used with both water wash and solvent plates, we can consistently deliver the highest quality of plate for your job.

Asahi AWP™ CleanPrint water-washable flexographic plates are processed without VOC-based washout solvents and deliver a faster time to press than VOC solvent-based plates.

The Epson SureColor printer allows us to make true color proofs up to 44" wide. This will enable customers to see exactly what will be produced, true to color.

With the i1Basic Pro 3 Plus, we can quickly and easily create custom customer profiles that ensure the colors viewed are true, verify soft proofs and print quality with built-in quality assurance tools, and easily capture and manage spot colors.

B.W.J. Graphics provides high quality UV spot and flood coating plates used within the offset web printing industry.  B.W.J.’s XCel-100 coating plates are durable and do an excellent job of laying down an even, consistent layer of UV coating material.

 What sets B.W.J. aside from others is our use of accurate Opti-Check mounting machines to provide pinpoint registration of printing plates
